*Hello Fellow Tukwuts*
I know many of you guys might not know me, since Im not from this area. Im Darlene Soria I graduated from Lynwood High School and for those of you who dont know where that is at, it is near LA. I consider my parents house my home, what I miss the most about home is my family, I'm really close to them so I tend to feel lonely at times.
There is one thing I would have to say that I do not miss which is cleaning my house.
The biggest influence in my life would have to be my mother, she is brave, strong, and is a fighter. Having five kids and having to feed ten mouths has not stopped my mom from attending csulb. My mom has encouraged me and inspired me to make something out of my life.
During my free time I LOVE to go shopping with my mom, and love to hang out at Jamba Juice with my Best Friend Jenny Fuentes.
When im bored at home SOME TIMES I read my U chik book which has helped me understand how the transition from my own home to college will come out to be.
My biggest cheerleader would have to be my mom, she is always pushing me and telling me that I can accomplish anything I set my mind on.
The biggest fear I have about college is that I will drop out of just give up when things get hard for me. Well thats about all I haev to say, if someone has any question's please do not hesitate to ask.
